We are open from March to October each year and we are available all winter by phone or email for enquiries and bookings. Our availability calendar is on the book online page, at the moment we are still getting Covid related cancellations for all months, so please do check back if at first you don't see your preferred dates.
We have made some changes to try and minimise the risks associated with Covid19, further information is here and we would ask you to read the details even if you are a returning guest.
tariff 2020 and 2021 - Prices given are per room, per night and include breakfast and tea / coffee and home baking in the afternoon. For the last month of the 2020 season we have a 2 night minimum stay.
Double occupancy - £95
Single occupancy - £70
We welcome children and charge £15 per child, per night for those aged 3-16 sharing the family room with their parents. There is no charge for children aged 2 and under, a travel cot can be provided in either room. If a third adult would like to use the sofa bed in the Loth family room, we charge an additional £35 per night; please call or email to make a booking for 3 adults, or for a family with 2 children aged 3+. Other bookings can be made using the book online button above.
special offer (3 nights or more) - We offer a discount of 15% on room rates for stays of 3 nights or more throughout the year.
special occasion extras - if you are staying with us for a special occasion, or even 'just because', we are happy to arrange/ help you arrange extras from some of our lovely local suppliers. We recommend Maisies Daisies in Brora for beautiful flowers, Cocoa Skye in Brora for amazing chocolates and Glencoast in Helmsdale for an excellent selection of locally produced drinks.
booking - To make a booking please call, email or use our online booking button at the top of the page. The summer months tend to be busy so we strongly recommend that you book in advance.
payment - We accept payment by bank transfer, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
booking conditions - We ask for details of a current debit or credit card in order to secure a booking, we do not take any deposit and we will confirm your booking by email.
We are unable to accommodate pets, but welcome assistance dogs.
Check in is usually between 16.00 and 19.00 and we ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30. If you will be arriving after 19.00 please let us know as we occasionally have commitments in the evenings and like to make sure that someone is here to welcome you.
cancellations - We do not charge for cancellations provided we receive 14 days notice. If we receive less than 14 days notice but manage to re-let the room(s) there is no cancellation charge. If we receive less than 14 days notice and are unable to re-let the room(s) then we charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the price due for the first night's stay. We are a small business and receive a lot of forward bookings so cancellations have a significant impact on us. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover yourself against the cost of any cancellation you may have to make.
