£2,200 for one week's exclusive use of the house and garden for up to 8 people and 1 infant.

a deposit of £500 is required upon booking,

a reservation is conditional until a completed booking form and the deposit is received,

the balance of the rental plus a £300 housekeeping deposit must be paid 4 weeks before the start of your rental, you will receive an email reminding you when the balance and housekeeping deposit is due.

the housekeeping deposit will be returned within 7 days of the end of your rental, less the cost of rectifying any damage which may occur during your rental,

no smoking, assistance dogs only, no pets.

special occasion extras - if you are staying for a special occasion, or even 'just because', we are happy to arrange/ help you to arrange extras from some of our lovely local suppliers. We recommend Maisies Daisies in Brora for beautiful flowers, Cocoa Skye in Brora for amazing chocolates and Glencoast in Helmsdale for an excellent selection of locally produced drinks.
