We ask for either a £20 per room per night deposit or details of a valid debit or credit card in order to confirm a booking.
We will not charge for cancellations provided that we receive one month's notice. If we receive less than one month's notice, but manage to re-let the room, there is no cancellation charge. If we receive less than one month's notice and are unable to re-let the room then we will charge a cancellation fee of £20 per room per night.
As we only have two letting bedrooms we will apply our cancellation charge and we therefore suggest that you take out suitable travel insurance.
